A suicide bomb attack has killed 70 people at a hospital in Quetta in south-west Pakistan. Nearly 120 others were injured at the entrance of an emergency department. The majority of casualties were lawyers and journalists with the body of Bilal Anwar Kasi. The Pakistani Taliban has taken responsibility.
